With Farrow High School's Regency Era-themed prom just around the corner, the anticipation is reaching new heights. We've received countless private messages from our readers expressing their thoughts and opinions on the candidates. Today, we'll dive into our predictions for the upcoming prom queen election.
Based on the anonymous direct messages received, it seems that Kay Mitchell might face elimination from the competition. It's unfortunate to hear that some of our readers have expressed dislike towards her, but this editor's inclined to agree that being a small business owner, while charming, is not enough to make up for stanning R. Kelly in 2023. She'll be dealt with soon, I'm sure...
Moving on to our top contenders, Jessica Bundchen emerges as the safe option for prom queen. Her charm, leadership qualities, sob story and popularity among the student body make her a strong contender. Jess' ability to connect with her peers and her consistent campaign efforts give her an edge in the competition.
BUT - and there's always a 'but' - we have our eyes on Laura Afolabi as this year's dark horse. Her minor celeb status and recently uncovered heart of gold are bound to make a statement at the prom. Not to mention how pretty and unproblematic she is... if you don't factor in her family life. If anyone's going to serve Regency glam at the ball, it's Laura - and it might just sway you in her favor.
Sarah Marie Tseng is our prediction for runner-up. I for sure would have voted for her on the promise of a lifetime of being hooked up. She's like a real Regina George, only three times as sharp and extremely high. While she may not have the same level of popularity among high-achievers and teachers as sweet Jessica, Sarah's 'queen of cool' status make her a strong contender for a top spot.
In the third position, we expect Gabriela Nuñez to make her mark. Her loveable bitchiness and Euphoria-esque school fashion have gained attention and support throughout the election. Gabriela's relatable shortcomings when it comes to having crushes on guys she can't have has resonated with many, making her a formidable candidate for a podium finish.
Speaking of fashion, we love an early 2000s' white crop top, but come on, Laura Afolabi is sure to steal the spotlight as best-dressed. Her knack for incorporating her unique style into the Regency Era theme will surely turn heads and give us one of the most iconic looks in APQE herstory.
Finally, we anticipate that Gabriela Nuñez will become a fan favorite amongst our followers. We predict that her infectious energy and laughably fake personality will make her an interesting figure, like a train wreck you can't tear your eyes off of.
FINAL PREDICTIONS

As the final days before the prom approach, the excitement continues to build. Will our predictions align with the final results? Only time will tell. Farrow High School's "Pride & Prejudice" themed prom is poised to be a night of elegance and surprises.
Stay tuned! xoxo
